How to Make Delicious Cinnamon Cruffins
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 12-cup muffin tin by spraying it lightly with nonstick spray.
  2. Roll out the crescent roll dough into a rectangle on a floured surface, ensuring to press and seal any perforations.
  3. Spread softened butter evenly across the surface of the dough.
  4. Mix granulated sugar and ground cinnamon in a bowl, then sprinkle this mixture over the buttered dough.
  5. Roll the dough tightly from the short end into a log shape and cut it in half lengthwise.
  6. Twist each half of the log into a spiral shape and place them upright into the prepared muffin cups.
  7. Repeat this process with the remaining dough tubes until all 12 muffin slots are filled.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Brush the warm cruffins with melted butter and roll them in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
