Equipment

  • Blender
  • Cocktail glasses

Method

How to Make Joyful Jack Frost Winter Cocktail
  1. Begin by dipping the rim of each cocktail glass into corn syrup. Then, roll them in sweetened coconut flakes until they’re nicely coated. Set aside to dry.
  2. In a blender, add 3-4 cups of crushed ice, along with the pineapple juice, Blue Curacao, light rum, and cream of coconut. Blend everything together until it reaches a smooth and slushy consistency, which should take about 30 seconds.
  3. Carefully pour the blended cocktail into your prepared glasses, filling them to the brim. Garnish with a slice of pineapple on the rim and serve immediately.

Notes

Enjoy the cocktail right after blending to maintain its perfect slushy texture. For a non-alcoholic option, swap out the rum and Blue Curacao for coconut water and blueberry juice.
