How to Make Irresistible Steak Cheese Quesadillas
- Preheat your Blackstone grill to a medium-high temperature of about 400°F.
- Coat the grill with vegetable oil to prevent sticking.
- Grill diced steak and onions for about 4-8 minutes per side until well-browned.
- Assemble the quesadillas by placing tortillas on the grill and layering mozzarella cheese, the steak, and onion mixture.
