For the Peanut Butter Layer
  • 3.4 oz Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix
  • 1.5 cups Whole Milk Almond milk can be used for a non-dairy option.
  • 1 cup Creamy Peanut Butter Choose your preferred brand for best taste.
For Toppings
  • ½ cup Peanut Butter Chips
  • ½ cup Reserved Cookies Chopped.

Method
 

How to Make Creamy Peanut Butter Layered Delight
  1. Grease a 9"x13" glass baking dish to prevent sticking.
  2. Evenly layer peanut butter sandwich cookies on the bottom.
  3. In a bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and 1 cup of whipped topping until smooth.
  4. Spread this mixture over the cookie layer and chill in the freezer for 15 minutes.
  5. In another bowl, whisk together the instant pudding mix and milk until thickened, then fold in the creamy peanut butter and another cup of whipped topping.
  6. Spread the peanut butter mixture over the chilled cream cheese layer and freeze for another 15 minutes.
  7. Top with remaining whipped topping, sprinkle with peanut butter chips and chopped cookies, and drizzle with melted peanut butter.
  8. Allow the dessert to chill before serving, then cut into squares.

Notes
