How to Make Creamy Peanut Butter Layered Delight
- Grease a 9"x13" glass baking dish to prevent sticking.
- Evenly layer peanut butter sandwich cookies on the bottom.
- In a bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and 1 cup of whipped topping until smooth.
- Spread this mixture over the cookie layer and chill in the freezer for 15 minutes.
- In another bowl, whisk together the instant pudding mix and milk until thickened, then fold in the creamy peanut butter and another cup of whipped topping.
- Spread the peanut butter mixture over the chilled cream cheese layer and freeze for another 15 minutes.
- Top with remaining whipped topping, sprinkle with peanut butter chips and chopped cookies, and drizzle with melted peanut butter.
- Allow the dessert to chill before serving, then cut into squares.
Notes
Chill each layer adequately for best structure. Can be made a day in advance for optimal flavor melding.
