Preparation
- Gather all your ingredients on the counter.
- Peel the oranges and banana, discarding any seeds.
- In a blender, combine the peeled oranges, lemon juice, banana, Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and ice cubes. Blend on high speed until smooth.
- If too thick, adjust consistency by adding a splash of water or juice.
- Taste and add more honey or maple syrup if desired.
- Pour into glasses and garnish with orange slices or mint leaves.
Notes
Store any leftover smoothie in an airtight container for up to 24 hours in the fridge. Freeze in ice cube trays for up to 2 months.
