Preparation Steps
- Place chicken breasts at the bottom of the slow cooker. Season with salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle minced garlic and Italian seasoning evenly over the chicken.
- Pour chicken broth into the slow cooker to keep the chicken moist.
- Add fresh or frozen green beans on top of the chicken.
- Spread cream of chicken soup evenly on top of the green beans.
- Distribute stovetop stuffing mix evenly over the layer of soup.
- Drizzle melted butter over the stuffing mix.
- Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours or high for 2-3 hours until chicken is tender.
