Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until frothy.
- Mix in the shredded cheese, vegetables, and cooked meats.
- Season the mixture with salt, pepper, and any optional herbs.
- Pour the mixture into the muffins cups, filling each about three-quarters full.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the tops are golden brown.
- Let them cool for a few minutes before removing from the tin.
